Where is the money collected?

    I used jotform to collect money for baseball camp out on by my league. Everything seemed to be going correctly, but I don’t think any of the payments are being posted to our account or people actually getting charged. I used the form for my son to attend and the charge doesn’t show as withdrawn in my account.

    I have checked your JotForm and see that the Square account on the form is connected in Test mode which is why the payments may not be displaying in your account.

    Please change it to live mode and connect to your Square account. Please note that the payments that you are have already received in Test mode cannot be processed in live mode and the user will need to submit the form again to make the payment.

    Hello,
    I just put it in live mode and tried it again, and the payment didn't go
    through.
    I went in to form and this showed up, what is sandbox?

    Sandbox is a test mode. May I ask if you have reconnected Square account after enabling Live mode as advised?
