Downloads not found

    Our client is running a poetry competition - the poets can submit their works in pdf, docx etc However, some of the submissions cannot be found, and we're getting the following error message when we click on them:

    404 Not Found (S3): /jufs/jontarrantcreativeservices/83104035492349/4290723652015073521/bigd.docx

    We are very sorry about the inconvenience, but the file for mentioned submission has not reached our servers. I'm afraid we can not restore those files since we never received them. There could be a problem related to connection at the time of form submit or the problem is related to network used. Can you please advise to use different network/connection to this respondent?
