Downloading individual submission

Hi There,

Something has changed in our setting and when we go to download/save individual submissions the submission under that form save in the same document.  Is there a way we can revert back and could we download the card style format without the jot form questions.

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that when you download individual submission in PDF, multiple submissions are downloaded together?

I did try to download your submission in PDF and I was able to download it without any problem. Please check the screenshot below:

Please explain your second question a little more in detail on what exactly you want to download if you do not add any form fields in form.
