How to make this configuration list in multiple rows?

    Hello,

     

    could you please help me how to make this configuration list in multiple rows

    and how can I remove the year form the date, it's not important to me here

    The form you linked has some CSS code applied to Configurable List widget. Please follow this guide to do same for your form: How-to-Make-the-Configurable-List-Widget-Mobile-Responsive

    We do not have an option to exclude year for date pickers, but we can check for the code to hide 'year' field, will this work for you?
