How to include credit card info and scheduling fee for booking appts to avoid no-shows with fee cancellation once appt is completed

I'm setting up a form to gather information from prospective clients and also to capture booking information, especially credit card info to reserve a time-slot and avoid no-shows.

However, some fields are requesting information, even yes or no answers, without any explanation as to what they actually do.  For a person who is new to this, these fields are NOT SELF-EXPLANATORY.  It would be helpful to have explanation about what each field on these screens means and the type of information that we need to put in them. Some are not clear at all.

For example, there's no explanation of what "Sandbox" actually means or does. Does it mean that their credit card information is held and that their card is not actually charged ? Clarification would be appreciated especially for new people like me who are new to this whole process of booking and scheduling appointments.

It would, therefore, be helpful to have a walk-through of how to setup a form for collecting credit card information for reserving appointments for helping to avoid no-shows, and how we could automatically cancel the charge once the appointment happened.

Also, there's no field(s) for their credit card information.

Thank you for your help with this issue.

I understand your concern and can you please tell us what exact buttons/features are not self-explanatory also can you provide more information on which payment method you want to use? The reason why I want this information is if you can provide us more detailed information on which parts of the payment tools you had issues with, I can create a ticket and escalate it to our development team.

I can also suggest you use the "Send Feedback" option in the payment tab shown below:
