How to edit date picker and dropdown options?

Hi,

I created a summer camp form, however, my form isn't working properly. The "date of birth" is telling people there to use a past date but when they do, it will not work. The "school name" is a drop down and our school is not in the form. 

How should I correct this?

I have checked your form and for your date of birth, it seems you have disabled past dates in your date picker properties.

To change this setting, Go to your date of birth field, click the gear icon to open the Date Picker Settings>ADVANCED and set Disable Past Dates to No.

You may add a school in your dropdown option. Select your School field,click on the gear icon to open Dropdown Properties>Options and add your school.
