Can I import my own form in .doc format?

    Sadly, there's no way to upload a form in .doc format. JotForm is mainly used to build forms so you have to create and design one from scratch. My recommendation is to start with the content of your form by adding the fields similar to what you have. Then work your way to designing it upon your discretion.

    Alternatively, you can also try converting your .doc form into a .pdf format, then import it as a fillable PDF form in JotForm. Just make sure that the PDF file you're about to import is a fillable PDF form.
