Authorize.net on HIPAA: getting HTTP 504 error after submitting the form

    hi, when the submit form button is pushed on https://form.jotform.com/90497040772157 we get a timeout error.  Please advise on how we can make this form function again.

    Our apologies. The error means the form took time to submit. The form is simple, so not sure why it took longer than usual. I think that's because of the card used to pay - the automated approval is taking time with the card issuer. 

    Would you mind adding a 1 USD item for testing? we'd like to check this on a live payment before escalating this to our backend team.

    Hi,

    Not sure that it would be a payment issue if there is no payment made.  This has been an issue for a few days now for anyone who tries to submit the form payment or not.  I am happy to add funds if necessary but it seems like it is unlikely the issue on this side.  Please advise if this is necessary.

    Hi,

    I have created a test auth.net form widget.  The form takes the payment and processes through auth.net successfully.  We do not however get response recorded by jotform.  we receive the blank landing page at https://pci.jotform.com/submit/90844536732159 .  I have spoken with auth.net and they see the transaction process correctly and are unable to see any error or issue in how that response is sent to Jotform.  They clearly believe this to be an issue with jotform.  Please advise next steps.

    Our apologies. I can now replicate this problem with HIPAA forms integration with Authorize.net. I checked this yesterday and the form seems working as expected. 

    I have escalated this thread to our backend team. As soon as we have an update, you should know it here.
