I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly, Do you want to re-direct the Form to PayPal page on Form submission or to another Form where you want to pass the payment details?
I noticed that you have not yet configured the PayPal account.
Let us know if you have further questions.
Thanks.

You will have to get the total first by another calculation widget and get the value from this calculation widget to the payment field.
Please read our guide below on how to pass the calculation to a payment field.
https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-pass-a-calculation-to-a-payment-field
I checked your form and there seems to be an issue with how you configure the fields. I would suggest using the calculation widget directly instead of doing conditions to get the total.
Here's a cloned version of your form with the changes: https://form.jotform.com/90837210803957.
The calculation is like this:
Grand Total is the sum of Reunion 1 and 2.
You can clone this back to your account if this is correct.

If the suggestion my colleague provided didn't help, you can record your screen using this free recording tool http://screencast-o-matic.com/screen_recorder and illustrate the issue you are experiencing on your form.
I also noticed that you haven't applied the suggestion provided by my colleague.
You can clone his form so you can see how he applied and passed the calculation to your paypal field.
