Hello,
I just log in my Jot form account and I just saw that you downgraded my account, when I paid in full for Silver Plan for 1 Year.
Account ID I-YGTEBEPGAH4H.
Please can somebody tell me why that happend?

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
I have checked your account subscription and it seems you are downgraded to Free.
Checked your account transactions and you have canceled your Bronze monthly with ID- I-2JVF7VMRT2HB on Feb 12, 2019 and your account should be in Silver yearly ID-I-YGTEBEPGAH4H.
I have upgraded your subscription back to Silver and let us know if you have further questions.
