Autoresponder Emails, cancel scheduled?

    When sending out autoresponder emails, if a user contacts me by clicking the contact button within one of the autoresponders, is there a way for the system to cancel the sequence to that user?

    Or will the autoresponder sequence continue to run, regardless of the actions a user takes?

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply.

    Lets say I have 3 autoresponder emails, each being sent out 2 days apart -- asking for the recipient to schedule an appt.

    If the recipient schedule the appt by responding to the 2nd email, is there a way to stop them from getting the 3rd email automatically.


    (There isnt a url to reference)

    Unfortunately, there's no way to cancel it. They will be sent in sequence according to the schedule date/time.

    I'd suggest using email marketing apps like MailChimp for your autoresponders so you can customize them and cancel the autoresponders. You can find here the email marketing apps that we have integration with https://apps.jotform.com/app/mailchimp_integration
