I have reviewed the HIPPA compliance section.

When the submitter s fill out a request on our form the submitter is provided with a copy of everything they completed on the request form.  The County/State or Medicaid office or Health and Human Services is also provided with full document of what the submitter fill out.  In addition we have built in several conditions which will forward the request to pre-determine email addresses. In return the pre-determined email addresses will be filling in certain areas and submitting back to us.  Please explain how  these forms will make it to the submitter s and all the email recipients based on the conditions in the form.(for Ex:  Hotel has to respond w/ hotel confirmation#, dates of travel, etc.) Tell me how this function will work with HIPPA compliance?

By choosing HIPPA compliance how will our submitters and recipients be notified that a document is completed and exist and how will they gain access to them?

If you need to send an email to the submitter then you may set up an autoresponder email, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email

If you need to conditionally send more emails, then simply add the email templates to your form as per this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications

Then set up the conditions to send the emails: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer

When a condition is met then the email is sent, this works the same way for regular and HIPAA users.
