    Hi,

Although I am not able to reproduce this issue on my end(the blank required profile photo field would not allow me to submit the form), I have noted that the form you indicated, had at least 3 completed submissions that do not have the fields filled in.

I would like to inquire some additional details though to check further.

Is this form embedded on a website? Can you share to us the URL if it was. One probable reason for this to happen is if there is script conflict on the web page a form is embedded. Usually, using the iframe code embded resolves this conflict. (see guide: -How-to-get-your-Form-s-Iframe-Code)

    Will await your updates.

    Thanks.

I just forwarded the email to you. I also have this embedded on my google
website. But the 3 submissions came directly through the link
    www.region9basketball.com
Then click on region IX camp tab

    Hi Micah,

I just checked the form on your website and it seems to be working fine. Like what my colleague Jonathan mentioned, I can't submit the form leaving the upload field empty. The required validation error prompts as expected when the file upload is left blank, therefore the form works fine without any conflicts.

I suspect the problem is related to the user browser's javascript being disabled or not functioning properly. The user will be able to bypass the required field checks when their browser's javascript is turned off or disabled which happens in a very rare cases. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about that. I have also submitted a test submissions without payment with your form and it works fine. I'd suggest to contact these submitters and ask them to submit the files.

    Thank you!
