jot form not submitting

    my jotform is not submitting to email

    nationalpowersupply.com/contact

    it seems that last Thursday was last time it submitted-

    I repasted the form coded into the page just today and republished- box as before

    but still not submitting

    I have a jotform button in the footer of the pages that is submitting but not the form on contact page

    tried in edge, explore and google chrome but not submitting

    any suggestions

    the submit button doesn't do anything-  the form takes info but doesn't submit
