I tried checking your account but I can't seem to find any form. It seems you're email address is registered to a Guest account.
However, the form error message you have received indicates that you have restricted your submission to allow only unique submissions.
You may check this settings in your Settings>Form Settings> Unique Submission
If you want to receive submissions on the same user, you may set the Unique Submissions to No Check.
