Thank you for clarifying and explaining it better.
The new account feature of JotForm allows you to share forms to other user/accounts -- called sub accounts.
The sub account should be an existing account because you will use the email account of that sub account as the id or link to your primary account.
When this is correctly done, -- when the sub account logged in to their account, there will be a new folder on the My Forms page that indicates the shared forms/folders from the primary account.
Hope this help. Please continue updating us if you have further inquiry about this.
- riteamAnswered on February 09, 2013 at 09:11 PMI got it, but what about the new account feature the one I indicated in red ink? I pay for it because I'm really interested in the multi account ability. Thank you for the fast support guys :)

You are correct on this. I am sorry, my details is a bit lacking. But here is a better explanation.
The sub account does not have to be an existing account, -- when you indicate an email account -- that email will be notify that the primary account shared forms. If the email account shared to does not have a JotForm account yet, they will be given a link to create the account.
When the sub account is finally created, it will now see the shared folder similar to the already existing account wherein the email was indicated
Simply, if your target 3 sub account do not have yet an existing jotform account, there will be an email notification to them to create the account.
Inform us if you need further info =)

I see, well for what i'm doing this is a process and it's not going to work out! i thought we would be able to create 3 new account with each form for every account with in one account holder. How can i do it to receive my money back? The sub account is to much loops and hoops to get from point a to b. If in the near future you guys make any changes for multi account would be exceptional for everyone. Other than that you guys are great :)

OK. I am bit confuse with the process you need. =)
How about this...
With 1 premium account(which you have now) -- you can have 3 Free account (as sub account) that will only use the limits of your premium(primary) account once you set the 3 Free account as your sub account.
The 3 sub-account can edit/maintain the form if you allow them, but the submissions count and limits will always be on the primary account.
You do not need to have 3 Premium accounts for the sub account..(if that is what you meant to manage). You can upgraded the free sub-account to premium too.. but just the same, the shared forms from the primary account will still not count on this upgraded sub account.
Please feel free to correct me if I did not understand correctly the process you where meaning to do.
