Account login issue!

    Please take a look at my career page, when someone submit an application there is no way to connect to this account, I cannot find the resume the applicant upload either?

    Please help me find a way to recover this account!

    The form in question is located under a minder (ca*****@minderhomecare.com) JotForm account. It is possible to reset the account password.
