The user wants to delete only the submissions on a custom time interval.

    Hi Team,

    I am trialing out the data we have been receiving for our new form machine equipment fuel.

    I did an extract using custom dates up until yesterday. I hit the button that said delete the entries within this date range but it has also deleted today's?

    I can use the data forms in my email but that doesn't help me with future extracts, as I have to wait for a day before extracting the data for any edits that are required for already submitted forms.

    Can you get back today's data?

    I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. However, submissions that were deleted manually are deleted permanently from the servers and are not irrecoverable.

    If you are deleting all submissions before today, the End Date should be the date yesterday.

    After that, if you want to see the submissions that were not deleted, make sure that you select "All Time" as the Time Frame in the submissions page settings.

    Hi Mike,

    That's exactly what I did this morning, but it deleted everything, including today's entry even though I only selected the delete option for the custom data selected.

    Is this going to keep happening to me every morning even if I have custom dates selected, if so, I am going to have to delete the responses individually.

    Can you tell us what time zone your account based on deleting your submissions? As far as I know, the default time zone of the account is UTC.

    Please try setting your account's timezone to your country timezone to match the day and time.

    Please download all submissions first before you delete it, so you have a backup.

    I have checked & it is definitely set for Sydney Australia. I have the format as EU-Asia.

    I could not replicate the issue you have encountered. However, I decided to escalate this issue to our development team for further investigation.

    Moreover, I must recommend you always download all your submissions before deleting them so you can have a backup.
