Can I add an auto-generated system number?

Can I add an auto-generated system number for each submission? And include this number to AUTORESPONDER email?

Yes, you can add a "Random Value Generator" widget to your form and configure that widget to only give numbers.

Or you can use submission ID which is also unique.

And then, set your autoresponder settings as follow:

For widget it is only shown in the autoresponder's email body:

One more question, can I export the submission with submission ID column? 

Yes, you can. 

From "Submissions" page click the gear symbol on the up-right and then choose ID option from the menu. After that, you can download your submissions as Excel, CVS or PDF file from the buttons shown below:
