    Can you please try cloning the form and embed it using IFRAME.

    If the problem still persist, please let me know and we can look at the next possible solutions.

    @Jamie

    Hi, I was also able to test your form and submit it successfully. I was able to see the Thank You page

    I noticed there is a captcha field  on the form, it is possible that the value for the captcha was wrong initially.. this will then repeat the challenge on the next page.. it contains only the captcha field. -- if you provide the correct value for captcha, then it willbe submitted successfully and you will be able to see the Thank you page.

    Please try double check. If this is not the case please inform us, so we can further check.

    Thanks.

    @jefreylandicho, I tried cloning the form and I still have to same results. Please let me know what else we can do?

    @jonathan, the page you see is a thank you page I created because form on the CONNECT page is blamk after submission. You can see the results by clicking Connect in the menu bar at the top after submitting the form.

    Thank you!

    Hi huntley818,

    I've check your form and I was able to replicate the issue on it. Can you please try to re-embed your form using iFrame method without including the script code? Just the iFrame code only.

    As you can see, when get copy of your Form iFrame code, script code is included.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotform.us/form/30415742495152" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:766px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    <script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>

    If the said issue still persists, do let us know.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

    Your custom thank you page is working fine on my end, Ican see it fine. Are you using the Thank You Message (3rd Option from the selection list) when the issue happen? If yes, can you please revert it back so we can test and check?

    Furthermore, please let us know if you are all set with your custom thank you page.

    Thanks

    I do realize my thank you page is working just fine. I created it because the form is blank after submission. I am not using your 3rd Option. The thank you page is an custom page. I am NOT good. After submission, click on the CONNECT tab in the menu to see what the problem is?

    Thank you

    Hi,

    I am not well verse in using Wix sites but base on some users post on Wix Support Forum, this issue is related to two same pages that is created, one with the content and one without the content (blank page). Please kindly check if the page is not created twice on your Wix backend.

    Please update us about this matter.

    Thanks

    Thank you for your response. Is there a support person who is abreast to Wix platform. I do not have a duplicate page.

    I was able to replicate the issue and notice a script conflict on your website. I would suggest adding this code

    <script type="text/javascript">
    $.noConflict();
    // Code that uses other library's $ can follow here.
    </script>

    If you are having trouble adding it, you may contact Wix on how you can inject it in your website

    For more info, please visit the link below

    Thank you for your response. Injecting this code did not work. Is there anything else you would suggest?

    Hi,

    Please accept our sincere apology for jumping into conclusions! We are doing our best to resolved this to the best of our knowledge. It is invisible on initial load, but when you refresh the page, it will then work just fine.

    Please try to revert back your embed codes as per instructions given on this guide: Adding Form to Wix Site. I have contacted Wix Support about this matter, I'll let you know if they come up with an idea.

    Thanks for your patience.

    I was hoping to hear back from you. I would assume your silence means that there is no resolution for this problem?

    Hi,

    Just to let you know that I have this thread noted on my end, Wix Support Team does not have any response for me.

    Please try this, embed your form using this codes;

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.us/form/30384692574159" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:766px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    Thanks
