I want to embed the form as pop-up to my website.

Hi, could you please tell me how to apply this to cargo collective sites. I want a little pop up form screen to come up over my site as soon as you enter. I'm not sure whether to add this as a page?

If you want your form to open in a new window as pop-up. You can follow the steps written below:

1. On the Form Builder, click PUBLISH at the top.

2. Go to the EMBED section on the left.

3. Then click the green COPY CODE button.

4. Paste the codes on your website's source code.

Besides that, if you want your form to open on the same page, you can use lightbox embed option. You can follow the steps written below:
