Yes, you can edit the submission if that is what you mean to say. You need to access the submissions page and edit the submissions there.
Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/325-How-to-Edit-Submissions-Made-on-Your-Forms.
You can also add the edit link in the notification email that you are going to receive for each submission.

Yes, the user should be able to do that using the same edit link method. You need to create an autoresponder email in the form that is sent to the user once they submit the form. Add the edit link in the autoresponder email as described in the guide below.

HELLO WELVIN
regardin the first post...
I set the sending of an automatic reply that will receive the person who filled out the form. in case of error the person can modify it through the "edit submission" link. Is it possible to make the word "edit form" appear instead of the word "edit submission"?
thanks a lot

Sure, that's possible. You need to do the link manually. So, hyperlink the following URL in the Edit Form text:
https://www.jotform.com/edit/{id}
{id} will be automatically converted to the submission ID.

I'm sorry, but it is not possible to change the prefix EDIT in the notification email of the edited submissions. I'll send that to our backend team as a feature request. I'll do that on the next thread here https://www.jotform.com/answers/1775496.
