JotForm Sheets --> Inbox View: The layout of the printed document is broken.

    The user has reported that when he/she prints a submission on Sheets, the layout of the document was not proper. The user thinks that the old version of the submissions has a better printing layout.

    I have checked the user's form and I was able to replicate the issue.

    I have cloned the user's form and made a test submission on my end. The same view appeared on my end, as well.

    The old version printing layout:

    @diana, can you try out print settings and report back?

    Hi alinaci,

    I have checked the print settings and the result is the same. In the Inbox, the settings can be changed and the document can be printed properly.

    However, if the user opens the submission on the Sheets and wants to print the document the layout is as above screenshots.

    Hello Diana,

    It should be fixed now. Print Settings option is available on the JotForm Sheets, too. Please inform the user about changes.
