PDF submission report: The URL in a field with a word 'fl' is being replaced with hyphen (-) in the hyperlink and causing a broken link

    I submitted a ticket a while ago (a few months) regarding the URL links on the PDF exports. There is a break happening with the links exported by the PDF creator, causing the URL's to not navigate to the correct site when clicked (instead I'm getting a 404 File Error). I never did receive a response back and the issue is still ongoing. Do you happen to have an ETA on a resolution. The attached PDF was created by PDF exporter. Please click on the link labeled "FTP Upload  Link" or "Completed Transcripts Link". The FTP Upload link should be "https://mooncity.egnyte.com/fl/O6WMpvCAps/WYWO_" but instead it is exporting as "https://mooncity.egnyte.com/􀂢/O6WMpvCAps/WYWO_"

    It seems the issue is related to the following thread:   https://www.jotform.com/answers/1688506

    Upon checking the above thread, I found that this issue is already reported to our backend team and one of our developer is already looking into this issue but we have not received any update on this.

    I have sent a note to our backend team to check the status. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update on this.
