I edited the form but the old questions are still showing up in the form email

    I updated an old jot form, and sent out the survey to participants. I see the updated form in my surveys, and when I click on the link I sent out, I see the new questions etc. However, the responses I'm receiving for the form are for the old questions with the old survey title. How can this be rectified?

    The form email template has failed to update itself with the changes in the form. We have this feature in the form email, but this won't work for the modified email body. To fix this, you should re-create the whole template.

    Delete the current email template https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder.

    Create a new one https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
