Is the issue related to your Craft Night Pre-registration form?

I saw that you received 3 submissions. Were those submissions marked as Incomplete Payments? I assume that they were considering that the Payer Info is missing.

Incomplete Payments are usually abandoned payments. The users might have closed the browser or abandon it after they are redirected to the Paypal's checkout page.

Please note that completing the Incomplete Payments will not process payments as there was no payment information to begin with.
