Payments sent through forms would be available from the PayPal account that was entered when setting up the PayPal field. Your form looks to be set up correctly, check your PayPal dashboard to see if the payments have arrived.

I didn't see any transaction ID's for the payments. Were they marked as incomplete and then complete manually?

If so, that does not actually process the payment. If the user closed the payment window after being redirect to PayPal, the payment would be marked as incomplete. The user would need to resubmit the form in order to send their payment.

I see there is now one submission (from today) that contains a transaction ID, so it should be for a completed payment. Have you received this payment?
Our standard PayPal integration does not prompt PayPal account verification, so I can only suggest to check if your PayPal email is spelled correctly: How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Paypal-Standard-

You can receive payments even if your account is in the free plan. I think the payment made to your form is held for 24 hours by PayPal. I'm not sure in your case, but if the PayPal account is newly created and has not been verified, the transaction will always be reviewed by PayPal.
