Are you able to link forms, for example:
Form 1 has a Yes / No question which sends a client to Form 2 if answered Yes, or stays on Form 1 when answered No.

There are a few different ways you could do this, the easiest I can think of though would be to hide the form except for your first Yes/No question, then put the rest under a form collapse. Conditionally show the form collapse if the answer is No:
Or show a submit button if the answer is Yes:

When the answer is Yes, redirect them to your second form on submit:
