we recently started experiencing 404 errors when trying to access jotform data. Can we please get some assistance in resolving this?
we have added it as a trusted site, tried to remove our AV and are still unable to access them.

To which form is the issue related to? I checked your account but you do not have any forms.
Please provide us a form URL and a link of the file you are unable to download.
