How do I link my Square account to my forms?

I need help linking my Square acct to the forms I’ve created. I also need help adding the CC info to my forms. 

You will have the credit card fields as soon as you add the payment integration to your form. You have currently added PayPal, but you can remove it in order to add Square, to remove the payment field, simply edit your form in the builder, scroll down until the payment section and click on it, then click on the trash button:

What is the block I’m removing called? I’d like to add it back so the form
doesn’t look different.
