Fillable PDF: Possibility to remove 'In order to submit this form, you should open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader' message

Hi there!

When I download my PDf fillable form, a yellow bar at the top appears and reads "in order to submit this form you should open it with adobe acrobat reader". I removed the submit button from my form because this application will be used by many branches. I just want people to fill it out, save it, and send it back. 

Please advise how to get rid of this yellow notification bar. (see attachment)
