I would like to send emails to each presenter who submitted a form and did not get accepted. The email needs to include their Name and Workshop name merged into the email. Is this possible?

You can set up an email autoresponder, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email
While setting up the email you will be able to customize the template.
