How can set the form to correct the source and medium with Google Analytics?

    I use JotForms on my site https://www.bilingualbabysitters.se/

    I also use Google Ads to promote this site. So I struggled with a problem that I can't analise my advertising, because all leads (forms' submissions) relate to submit.jotformeu.com / referral (sourse / medium) in my Google Analytics.

    What can I do to see correct sourse and medium of forms submit?

    In this type of cases adding our domain into your Referral Exclusions list can help you. Please see the Google Analytics Referral Exclusions page.
    You can try to add our submit domains as:
    submit.jotformeu.com 
    submit.jotform.com
    submit.jotformpro.com
    submit.jotform.us
    submit.jotform.co

    thank you. I have done as you wrote. but now all goals is relate to (direct) / (none).

    and I need to see my first sourse, for example google/cpc.

    may you help me? I need to set cross-domain tracking between my page bilingualbabysitters.se and jotformeu.com. Is it possible?

    I'm sorry, but the suggestion to add a referral exclusion assumes that you are using our Google Analytics widget in the form. I checked your forms, and you seem didn't add the widget.

    I'm sorry, but you should add the widget to the correct form. Please do the following steps:

    1. Add the widget in the form by following the steps here: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form.

    2. Add the Google Tracking ID

    3. Leave the Cross Domain Auto Linking empty. That is not the exclusion box. You can add a domain from your website there such as your thank you page, but if you do not want to cross track pages, leave that empty.

    4. Set the exclusions on Google Analytics as stated in the guide here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/2795830?hl=en. Add the domains given by my colleague to the exclusion list. The domains are the following:

    submit.jotformeu.com 

    submit.jotform.com 

    submit.jotformpro.com 

    submit.jotform.us 

    submit.jotform.co

    If you see other Jotform domains that are not listed here, please add them to the list of exclusions.
