Can a User edit a choice on a form after it has been submitted?

Can the end user edit a choice on a form after it has been submitted?  On my original form, I had a list of lunch choices and the user was able to select one option.  It has come to my attention that we can no longer have the original lunch choices. I now have to go back to all of the users who submitted a form and have them select new lunch choices.  Can they simply edit their own form, and only update the lunch choice option?

If the email (autoresponder) sent to them didn't have edit submission link, then you need to send the edit link to them manually.

That will only work to the new submissions that will come to your form. However, to get the edit submission link for the old submission, please follow the guide below.

1.) Go to your submissions page: How to View Form Submissions
2.) Get the submission ID of each submission you want your user to edit: Where to Find the Submission ID?
3.) Once you got the submission ID for each submission, make a URL like this: https://www.jotform.com/edit/submissionIDhere
4.) You can then send the edit link to them manually.

There is, but you need to resubmit all the 800 submissions. You need to update the advanced autoresponder settings first and enable the "SEND ON EDIT".

Note: Please add edit submission link to your autoresponder email template first.

After that, go to your submissions page and click EDIT then resubmit the form.

It will send the updated autoresponder with edit submission link to your respondent.

You need to do this for all of your 800 submissions. I think sending the submission link to their email (manually) is better because you can explain to them why they need to edit their submissions.
