Set timeout on form to stop users bypassing sold out feature

how do I make a pending submission expire if the user has not submitted order in a set time? 

If you're using the save and continue later feature then session will be available only during 90 days since the user started to fill out the form. 

The only way to reduce this time is by manually deleting the session, this can be done from the submissions page:
