I have recently created a website for a client and created a JOT FORM to feature on the CONTACT page. My client is EDGEWORX Scaffolding.
The reason I needed JOT FORM was to enable a prospective Edgeworx client to UPLOAD A FILE from which Edgeworx could provide a QUOTE.
Everything is fine except that I/MARK am getting the emails that are meant to go to Edgeworx. The Edgeworx email address (waikato@edgeworx.co.nz) has been typed into the RECIPIENT EMAIL section (see attached Screenshot), so I'm not why emails meant for them are going to the email address in MY ACCOUNT (buyologymarketing@gmail.com)
Any ideas?

The email you are receiving is the autoresponse not the notification email.
I can confirm that the email notification setup is correct. If you submit the form now, Edgeworx should receive a notification now. Please test it and let us know how it goes.
