How can I change user to get my invoice?

    Hi, we have user "avalor" who was connected to email ricardo.avalos@ihg.com, unfourtunally he doenst work with us anymore, however we need the account and changed it to gustavo.rojas@ihg.com to get our annual invoice.

    I can see that the account usricardo.avalos@ihg.com is holding yearly bronze plan. Please contact the owner of that email and ask him to change the email associated with your company account.

    If he is no longer working in your company then that means he surrenders the account, right? If you also have access to his email, you can reset the password so you can gain access to the account.

    The emails is not longer available and doesnt exist, we cannot add it again,have to be other way

    I think you can still make an email like that because your company owns the domain and email server, right? You can consult your I.T department if you have one.

    If you really can't make the same email then please provide us the following:

    > Username of the account
    > Last 4 digits of the credit card linked to the account
