Form does not submit sometimes

What does this mean (Form engine failed - #8j1h17f1)

I am wondering what the numbers stand for. I have had a few customers forms not come in so I have been testing it. One time a capta came up but I don't have one on this form.

I asked befor and was told the form was working. I am not surewhat it is. I also reset the submit button. 

It seems if you wait a few minutes and then hit submit it may not go through. I ay have to make a new form?

I think I found the problem . There was a hidden incisible capta field in a he form. The deleted it so I think it was causing some of the forms to not come through.
