An active saved form on my account is in need of debugging

    The form is not working on my website and the preview in the jotform site indicates an error. This form is saved on my account and obviously has not been deleted. See screen shot below

    Hi Everyday Jason,

    I was able to see this issue on my end. The cause is of this is due to replication issue on JotForm end.

    There is a ticket already submitted to our next level support. I will include your case on that ticket found here

    For the meantime, can you please try cloning your form (guide: -Form-Cloning) and then try using the clone version instead. Check if it will work this time.
