If you mean merge/share the data from one form to another form directly to JotForm, then sorry but it is not possible. However, you can always download your form submissions data to excel or CSV and have it combined there.

I noticed that its possible to edit form data after submission. If I can do it, then I can have 1st form submission to populate some fields and then 2nd submission (e.g. change form) to populate other fields ?

Not quite sure what you want to achieved. The edit function will allow you edit the form submissions only, you can changed it's data to anything you want then resubmit the form to saved the changes. That is how edit submission works. Is this something you'd like to perform? If so, I would suggest to make some tests and let us know if there's anything we can help.
Prepopulating form fields is also possible, FYI. Prepopulating the fields to your JotForm via URL parameters
