Once they are filled out where does the info go? How do I recieve them?

The information filled out in your forms are stored on your account. Go to the My Forms page, click on your form then click on Submissions toolbar at the top. You can export these submissions as CSV or Excel files.
You can also have the information emailed to you. Please check this link to set up your email alerts.
