Greetings,
I noticed that when I click the PDF option for a completed form, the items change order. Very confusing. Is there a way to keep the items in the same order as the original form?

Creating a new PDF should create a PDF with the same ordering at the current form:
https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report
The default PDF layout is set to match a similar layout to the form itself.
