Customers unable to reply to my outgoing e-mails?

Is that the form where your customers are unable to reply to the autoresponder? That is because the "Reply-to Email" field is empty:
Please set your email address there, so they will be able to reply. Let us know if you need more help, we will be glad to assist you.
