canceled my JotForm a few weeks ago but was charged today

    Hello,


    I canceled my JotForm a few weeks ago but was charged today. Please help me resolve this.

    I have checked your account subscription and you're subscribed to Bronze monthly. To cancel your subscription, you must login to your PayPal account.

    Subscription ID:I-3WA8V6DSGJT2

    Kindly follow this guide:How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription

    Once you have canceled your subscription in PayPal, kindly contact us at this thread so that we can process the refund.
