Showing Text Fields in Notification Emails

Hi,

I noticed that for my form for Spring Musical Tickets, I don't see the text fields that I added on the notification email.

Is there a way that you can add them on the notification and the autoresponder emails?

Hello Ursula, Are you referring to elements like this? 

Text elements can not be included automatically in emails. In order to display same text, please enter it manually when editing email template.
