Can the responder delete their submission

I want to set up the form so that the responder can delete his/her submission if they decide not to proceed. How do I do that?

No, that's not possible but you can provide them the edit URL of their submission so they can update their submission data. Guide: How to Let Users Update Their Form Submissions at a Later Date

You can also show/hide a field on edit URL e.g. a checkbox where the user can select it to request for submission deletion and once they resubmit the form, you can delete the submission for them. If you need further clarifications on this, let us know.
