Is it possible to show and hide fields in configurable list widget?

I would like to do conditional formatting within the widget. If they select yes in a dropdown box, then it will show two additional questions, if they select no these questions do not show - see Screenshot

It's not possible to select certain fields to hide with configurable list because the widget is loaded as one in an iframe. That means that in Jotform conditional rule, the widget is recognized as one field only.

You can create a condition with Jotform's standard element.
