Can I select certain people that submitted a form and do a mass email to all of them or do I have to reply to each one individually?

To my understanding, you would like to send an email to particular email addresses owned by respondents that submitted your form. If the submission of the respondents that you would like to send emails to have something in common on the submissions page, you can use the search bar at the bottom of the submission grid on the form submissions page to search for that common value.

Then, download the research of the search into an Excel file so can collect all the email addresses easily. Once you have all the emails, you can create the email that you would like to send manually to the email addresses.

I hope this helps. If, in any case, I have misunderstood your concern, please feel free to let us know and give us more details.

Thank you for the timely response.

What I wish I could do is select (either with a checkbox next to their name, or holding ctrl key down and selecting with enter key) multiple submissions. It would be fantastic to do a bulk email to selected people who have submitted a form. (So much easier than downloading an excel sheet and then copy and past into Outlook.

We took submissions for fans to be in a music video. Once we selected the ones we wanted, we just needed to reply to “All” to give them details of the day, time, and place to meet. Likewise, we could have selected another group, and replied to “All” to let them know we were not able to cast them in this video.

Seems this would be a feature you could add. I will cross my fingers you can do this someday soon. A way to bulk email hand selected people out of all submissions.

    Thanks,
    Cherie Alvord

I have forwarded a feature request to our developers to send a follow up email to selected persons in the submission data.

Do note that we cannot give an ETA when this feature would be implemented or will it be passed.

However, we will keep you posted via this thread for possible updates.

For the meantime, you may send emails to your form recipients using the autoresponder email.

This would be a great feature. I have 30 vendors and all I want to do is ask them to send me more pictures. I dont want to email each one individually. I see that the new Inbox form lets me select all emails but to what end. I can delete them but can I email them.

You may select all your inbox submissions however, you cannot reply to all of them at once.

If you need further assistance, let us know.

Thank you for the Fast response. So really that would be just for deletion.
I’m just trying to understand how to use it the most effectively

You may print your inbox submissions or view unread submissions through the inbox.

You can also compose emails in the inbox either to reply or forward the submission.

    Hope this information helps.
