Refunded to the wrong account

    Hi,

    My refund has been accepted, however is going to an expired Mastercard.

    Could some please get in touch so I can provide new card details?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The refund can only be issued to the card used to pay for the subscription. Please contact your bank for further information about the process.

    So what's the purpose of the refund process asking which card to send it to, if it can only go back onto one card?

    Hi Alex,

    Unfortunately, as my colleague said, we can't refund another card that was not used to pay for the subscription. The purpose of the refund process is to ask which card to send it to is related to security issues.
