With regard to your available monthly plans

I notice the difference between your pricing plans includes not just forms, but submissions.  We are trying to decide the best route to take while in the beginning stages of building the business.  As such, can you provide additional information on what happens when you hit the maximum monthly submissions and payments for one level.  Do you automatically get moved to the next level, or do we somehow have to anticipate that we need to move to that next level, and will have the traffic to do that?  We are an internet based business, but definitely have deadlines we follow due to federal dates, that would ensure some dates will have significantly more traffic, than we have now.

No, you will not be automatically moved to the next plan.

You will be informed when you're close to the limit and if you don't upgrade or if the limit doesn't reset (which happens every first of the month - for monthly limits) your account will be disabled and your forms will not be usable until you either upgrade or, again, the limits don't reset (monthly limits - which are number of submissions, number of payments, views).
